Williamsburg MarriottThe 2011 conference hotel is the Williamsburg Marriott located at 50 Kingsmill Road, Williamsburg, Virginia. There are three restaurants on site and your whole family will enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools along with the connecting pool joining them together. A whirlpool, fitness center and tennis courts are also available. Please visit the Marriott website for lots of useful information on their services and facilities as well as tourism information. Room RatesWe have negotiated the following special room rates for our conference.
Single Rate $ USD 129.00 / night Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (approximately 10%). A $2.00 per night occupancy fee will also apply. Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). If rooms are available, the hotel will also offer these rates for three days before and after the conference. That means from July 25 through August 3.
Hotel ReservationsYou are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. You can make your hotel reservations now. You don't have to wait until you register for the conference to make your hotel reservation. There are two ways to reserve your hotel room.
Rooms are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis. The group rate is effective until June 28, 2011 or until all rooms are filled. Reservations may be cancelled until 6 PM on the day of arrival with no penalty.
Hotel ParkingThe hotel provides complimentary on-site parking.
Airport Information
There are 3 commercial airports that service Williamsburg.
The Marriott hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from any of the airports. However, shuttle service is provided by private companies to/from all three airports. Fares vary based on the size of your party.
