Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites

The 2012 conference hotel is the Vancouver Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites located at 1763 Comox Street. Families will love being only two short blocks away from reknown English Bay and Stanley Park. You can even borrow complimentary sand pails from the hotel conceirge and walk to the beach.

Room Rates

We have negotiated the following special room rates for our conference. These rates are for city view rooms, not water view.

Single Rate $ Cdn 169.00 / night
Double Rate $ Cdn 169.00 / night

Third and fourth adults occupying the same room cost additional $20.00 each per night.

Children under the age of 18 stay free, in the same room as a paid adult.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable taxes (approximately 14%).

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon).

If rooms are available, the hotel will also offer these rates before and after the conference from July 16 through 25.

Hotel Reservations

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. You can make your hotel reservations now. You don't have to wait until you register for the conference to make your hotel reservation.

There are two ways to reserve your hotel room.

Method #1: Telephone	Contact the hotel directly at (800) 663-1144 or (604) 688-7711 and tell them you are attending the Sotos Syndrome Support Association conference.
Method #2: Online	Click on this link. Our group booking code of CPS-GFC3790290 will be automatically filled in for you.

Rooms are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis. The group rate is effective until June 19, 2012 or until all rooms are filled.

Reservations may be cancelled until 4 PM two days prior to arrival without penalty.

Hotel Amenities of Interest

Conference hotel guests will receive 30% discount off food in the hotel Brassiere restaurant. There is also a bar & grill onsite.
Complimentary wireless internet in meeting rooms and guest rooms.
Indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and outdoor badminton court.
The large outdoor garden patio and terrace on the second level will let kids stretch their legs while parents visit.
Parking costs $25.00 per day. (Sorry, we tried to negotiate this.) Vehicles may remain until 6 PM on the day of check-out.
