Registration

What is Included?

The conference registration fee includes Friday evening dinner and entertainment, Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast for all participants.

The adult fee also includes all conference workshops and lectures, panel discussions, doctor exam (if requested), and networking with parents and professionals dealing with Sotos Syndrome.

The child fee also includes child care.

What is Not Included?

Attendees are responsible for their own travel costs and hotel room bookings, as well as their own meals (other than the three meals listed above).

How Much Is It?

At this time, we estimate that registration fees will be approximately $125 to $150 per person. The official price will be posted in early 2011.

All attendees pay the same fee, regardless of age (i.e. the same registration fee applies to adults and children).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by July 22, 2011 will receive a full refund. Other requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You can e-mail your cancellation to conference@sotossyndrome.org or phone 1-888-246-7772. This policy only applies to your conference registration fee. Attendees remain responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.
