You will be given the choice of paying by PayPal or by check.

How Much Is It?

Registration fees for 2012 will not be finalized until late February. However, in order to help families plan and budget for the conference, here is an estimate based on past years.

  Estimated Fee per person (all ages)
Early Bird Registration Fee - until May 15 Approx. $125.00 USD
Regular Registration Fee - on or after May 16 Approx. $140.00 USD

All attendees pay the same fee, regardless of age (i.e. the same registration fee applies to adults and children).

What is Included?

The conference registration fee includes Friday evening dinner and entertainment, Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast for all participants.

The adult fee also includes all conference workshops and lectures, panel discussions, doctor exam (if requested), and networking with parents and professionals dealing with Sotos Syndrome.

The child fee also includes child care and outings/field trips.

What is Not Included?

Attendees are responsible for their own travel costs and hotel room bookings, as well as their own meals (other than the three meals listed above).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by July 13, 2012 will receive a full refund. Other requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You can e-mail your cancellation to conference@sotossyndrome.org or phone 1-888-246-7772. This policy only applies to your conference registration fee. Attendees remain responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.
